About Dr. Scott Kirby
Dr. Scott Kirby is a dental specialist in Prosthodontics. He completed his dental degree at McGill University in 2014, then went on to complete a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Connecticut. After two years of general practice, Dr. Kirby pursued specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Manitoba, completing his Master’s of Science in 2021.
Dr. Kirby has a special interest in digital dentistry with an emphasis on additive manufacturing or “3D printing” applications in dentistry. He completed his Master’s thesis focusing on the effects of post-curing on 3D printed resins. Dr. Kirby maintains a full-time private practice in New Brunswick dedicated to all facets of restorative dentistry with an emphasis on traditional fixed and implant restorations.
