Periodontal Prognosis: When to Save and When to Extract

About this Seminar

Category 1

When faced with compromised teeth, difficult decisions must be made. Whether the emphasis rests on a single tooth, the entire dentition or something in between, should an attempt be made to maintain compromised teeth or should they be extracted and the sites restored in another fashion? But what does “compromised” even mean? This course will review how best to rank and classify compromised teeth and will aim to provide indications for treatment planning.
